The light of hope for Justice for Gulab Devi Jha, a victim of witchcraft accusation among many others, is very dim. Her Justice is tangled among the due-process of Judiciary.
It has been almost five years that she lodged her case in court. Irony is that, the process is still crawling. Today was the date of her hearing. But again the Justice Temple postponed her date of hearing for next 3 months i.e. Baisakh 9th. We don't need to seek any special reason for this. Court has its justification- The System. The so-called systematic system has considered her with a new date.
Gulab Devi's situation is only a single embodiment of the court's quality. There are several poor on list behind. For them, court is the place for delivering delayed justice, rather than the deliverance of the justice in its complete sense.
