Nepal Government has negotiated with different
armed groups after signing the comprehensive peace agreement and till the
completion of Constitution Assembly, 2013
by also mingled the eight point agreement which was signed in December,3,2007
between Samyukta Loktantrik Madhesi Morcha and Nepal Government. An agreement
has been done through negotiation to
terminate all the conflicts and make the democracy more mature. Nepal
Government is determined to establish another commission within sixty days to
recommend the above mentioned agreement. The working area, methodology and the
duration will be same as it will be pointed.
Note: As
honorable CA member Laxman Lal Karna has said, the three major political
parties had denied to mention the post-madhes aandolan human rights
violations within circle of tabled Truth Reconciliation commission
and enforced disappearance, but, when the fifty madhesi lawmakers burst
into a chorus for the amendment of the commission, the law Minister came to
promise to bring up another commission within sixty days.
