A joint program Organized by Nepal Bar Association (NBA) Training Committee and Terai Human Rights Defenders Alliance (THRD Alliance) has commenced two days training on Human Rights Litigation. The training has inaugurated at 12:00 pm. with the opening ceremony in the chair of Adv. Hari Phuyal. Adv. Rajeshwar Adhikari had put welcome remarks in the first day session where Adv. Dipendra Jha had highlighted the objectives of the program and said it is a good luck for NBA and THRD Alliance to have the training's initiation on the "Law Day". The Secretary-General Adv. Sunil Phokrel had also put his remarks in the program and said, this training will really be fruitful for the participants, praised the deeds of THRD Alliance and hoped for the good relationship between NBA and THRD Alliance ahead. NBA's President senior ADV. Hari Krishna Karki had said, this training will really expand the horizon of participants' mind on Litigating Human Rights. At last, chairperson Hari Phuyal has closed the inaguration.
In the first Session of the training Adv. Govinda Bandi had put forward his view on Human Rights and Use of International Human Rights Law in Domestic Litigation for an hour. The Participants had canalized their confusions and interacted with Adv. Bandi regarding the themes. In the second Session Adv. Yuvraj Sharma had interacted with the participants on the Use of writs in Human Rights Litigation: Using District court and Appellate Court's Jurisdiction.
